I prefer the new look as I'm not really a fan of black stripes on red cars, always thought it made the car look too dark. White stripes however offer a nicer contrast and help brighten it up. All down to personal preference though.

Loving the rear lights and wheel stripes.

had a chat with mates about stripes after seeing a blue supra with white viper stripes, we basically admitted we all liked them but wouldnt drive a car with them on (apart from a viper perhaps) ;)

The wheel stripes do break up the black on black teledials nicely, im never sure about such dark alloys; i like em one week and dont the next.

Im considering debadging mine, im not overly keen on the porsche script across the rear. also if i ever get my calipers refurbed i might get them powder coated yellow with black script (if theyre clean enough to be worht doing) - most people seem to go for red/white but i think black/yellow would suit a grey car better. thats as far as I'd ever go with modding. well apart from LEDs in the dash but that would be for visibility/reliability rather than to change the look. I was thinking bigger wheels at one point but dont want the ride to suffer and can do without the extra weight.

Not even the original striped monster, the AC/Shelby Cobra?

oh no, I like your alloys havnt seen them before are they Porker ones?
The rear lights arnt spayed as I`ve used that stuff before and its crap. Its actually lense repair tape from Halfrauds £5.99 you get a roll of red, amber and white but theres just enough on a roll to do the rear lights it looks red but still glowa orange but the reverse ligts are now a red/pinky glow. Easy to fit and easier to get off if you want to change back unlike the spray.

The spray is evil to remove, I spent sunday rubbing down my indicators to get that stuff off and then polishing them up again. Not even gotten onto the rears yet.

I'm using wire wool covered in t-cut. It takes a while and then needs a good buffing up with the dremel but they're getting there.
