The gearbox on my S2 has a noisy layshaft bearing i.e. noisy only in intermediate gears.
I've re filled the 'box with Swepco which has helped.
I bought another S" 'box with the intention of replacing my 'box. However after nearly a year I still have n't got round to it and I now need the space. This is probably the wrong place to advertise but the gearbox is now up for sale, offers around £200 invited. I will deliver upto 100 miles from home or meet up at some convenient Motorway services.
