Is this fairly straight forward? I'm assuming your remove the seat rail bolts front and rear on the sliders each side and then disconnect some sort of plug and it lifts out?

Any advice gratefully received.

One of the easiest jobs you will do! Slide seat back and remove 2 x allen head bolts at front. Slide seat forward and remove 4 x allen head bolts from rear. Tilt seat back and remove wiring plugs. Think there is 2 possibly, chunky rectangular connectors, depends on seat config you have, most are 4 way electric if they are sports seats, comfort seats can have 8 way or 4 way electrical adjustment. Seat just lifts out.

Yes, I did it without looking for a how-to guide. Everything was obvious. Even easier in a cabriolet!

It looked too simply to be true so thought I'd double check before making a mess.
