As some of you may know already I've had a few issues with my 944 2.7 which I purchased from Scotland back in November..
I've been looking for a good solicitor, in the Glasgow / Stirling area to help me take this guy to court, made a few calls and I'm not having much luck to be honest, if anyone could recommend me someone in that area ( I assume the court hearing will be there ) I would be truly grateful. Cheers

If it's in the Small Claims Courts then a solicitor is usually not needed and costs of such can't usually be claimed back.

In England and Wales there is moneyclaimonline which is a government website to help individuals in the claims process. Not sure if it's the same in Scotland or under which jurisdiction your claim will be heard but for initial info and legal help I would suggest contacting your car insurance or home insurance legal help if you have it as that can assist with typically up to £50k of legal help and can give you those initial pointers you're after.

I do have a couple of legal clients in Scotland if needed but I hope this helps in the interim.
