Hi all. Just a quick question from a newbie. I need to get two drip rail seals, part number 944-559-707-00 while I'm sorting the paint out. It was mentioned on another thread about going to the local porsche dealership, something I'd never done with previous cars. The very idea that a dealer might have parts for a car even a few years old is a little alien. But a trip to my local dealer here in Leicester revealed that in the eyes of porsche an 88 944 isn't old at all and they do indeed have the seals. However, at £27 a side they aren't cheap

Maybe me just being tight but for a couple of strips of rubber is there a cheaper supplier?

I put new ones on mine last year, one of those parts that aren't cheap sadly

As it's a porsche made part, any other suppliers will be buying from Porsche then selling on to you.
