Have changed the D90's on my Guards Red 944 S2 for 16" Carrera Cup 1's (from a 968) for a more up to date look... Now I'm thinking about painting them black probably satin black, maybe gloss. Any thoughts on what's best or even better, any pictures of yours with it done?

Not a fan of black, unless you have polished or diamond cut rims, not sure you can do that with cups. So my choice would be silver or shadow chrome. But it's your car and a personal choice.

I've got silver Cup !'s on my red car, wouldn't change them.
Other wheels may suit other colours but not sure on the Cup 1's

Matte Black on my turbo. Really compliments the black spoiler, whereas silver is or was the odd colour IMO....

I really prefer the look of black wheels on Red car - much more aggressive - if that's what you want....

Dark silver or grey?
White looks a bit 'motorsport' and Black tends to blend into the tyre unless you have a polished/different colour rim, as said above.
It's your car though and any colour wouldn't hurt the 44's looks

Always silver for me...I think black ones always look either dirty or wheel covers have been pinched

Out of interest, what size are those wheels, also have you lowered the suspension?

Hello Jeff.... All standard... 16' Club sports with new B/stone S02's and car is M030 which basically koni, but I replaced old for new. Don't forget that track shot is during light cornering and weight I shifted left so looks lower one side, but car does sit very nice and black rim on black tyre helps sink the look into the arches for a stealthy look.....

I took a Coke label to the refurbers and told them I wanted a match, I really like this on white.
