Being new to the Porsche marque and all it entails ( more used to getting parts from disinterested mainstream dealers), it was quite an eye opener to buy 944 parts from a main dealer that were £s cheaper than e-bay and good service. In my naivety I assumed parts for a 30 year old car would be restricted to after market suppliers, obviously not. Time to get new sills on order!
However, has anyone tried to repair the cargo blind.? Spring has gone in mine. Unless anyone has a burgundy one. Think it trying to get a new one from the dealers may be pushing it.

I repaired the cargo blind on my last two 944s - I found instruction on Clarks and had to drill out the rivets on one side of the blind cover. Then you take it all apart and re-tension the spring, put it all together again and re-rivet.

Here you go....

Good luck and let us have a few pictures.

BTW - Clarks garage is a God send - worth keeping it in your bookmarks.
