i like to keep things simple....the engine bay in my 87 Lux seems to have so many fuel vapour tubes all over the place, as well as the vapour line from the fuel tank running alongside the fuel flow and return pipes underneath (i assume this takes the vapour from the top of the tank?) and the canister thing in the front wheelarch. Is this all to satisfy some spurious American legislation. Can any of it be got rid of?....Adrian

I would presume Porsche put them there for a reason... I never fiddle with fuel lines...

Yes some of it can be removed. Not sure of what can and can't though.
