Hi all

When renewing grease and boots is it necessary to replace all bolts and plates and if so where can I purchase them at a reasonable price.

You should they are stretch bolts. More than one person has had them come undone & cause damage. The plates are OK to reuse. A lot of the after mrket ones are hex headed cap screws rather than the 12 points. I bought mine from an OPC with TIPEC discount.

Plates you can clean & reuse, the bolts were around £2ish each. Design 911 quote £1.75 as an example.

Therefore about a £1 each from OPC. Just did mine and don't remember spending over £25 for a set
