Is there a list of recommended top mounts for the early 944 anywhere?

Mine are totally fubar and need to order some prontissimo.

Am quite tempted by a pair of fully adjustable ones so I can dial in a bit of camber for track driving but there does seem to be a large number of options, many of which seem to be from dudes in the Eastern Bloc.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Ben

The Paragon products ones are highly thought of the other side of the pond.

Much obliged.

Does anyone stock them over here? Don't really have the time to wait on a US delivery.

The Paragon ones are made by Racers Edge but can't find UK outlet. My last order from Rennline took 2 days to come, they know about customer service in the States and order from UK took 10 days, done on same day. They are supposed to have an advantage over other types allowing more suspension travel.
Custom charges can smart though.

If you just want rubber ones someone on here discovered that USA '88 vw Jetta mounts fit (NOT THE SAME AS MK2 GOLF!) and these dirt cheap and easily available from across the pond... I'll dig out some links later

Remember that many top mounts will lift the front of the car due to their poor design. Very few are suitable to use without adjustable spring platforms too.

I would have thought if they're a VW part, regardless of destination market, you should be able to order through a VW dealer in the UK with the VW part number.

Mine are the adjustable kind and came from Poland I think - they're marked "DIBED" - quite a few owners have them fitted now. Mine came raw from the CNC so I had them hard anodised before fitting.

deLUX do the DIBED ones fit without shorter springs etc? The increase in ride height is something which concerns me also. I've seen DIBED on Ebay and pictures of them seem to suggest well made parts at a very reasonable price.
