Can anyone tell me or point me in the right direction, please?

Google reckons 14 mm x 1.5 x 1 1/4 ball seat.

Id avoided Google because of its propensity for returning dumb 'Mercin waffle which causes more confusion than it solves. RL and PP have some very knowledgeable contributors of course, but its hard to distinguish them from the manifold gobsh*tes.

I haven't seen anything that disagrees with M14 x 1.5 - can anyone else confirm?

The only other bit of info I've come across is that they're radius 14mm on the seat.

Sounds about right to me Jim, they are deffo M14.

Its particularly the seat shape which concerns me Jims

Standard ones are rounded seat 14mm radius.
