Just a quick Hello to you all,

I'm from Notts/Leics border and have just swapped my Elise for a Boxster, this is my first Porsche.

Is there much organised by the way of driving meets/trackdays etc in the midlands?

Thanks for all of the info and the warm welcome, It's very much appreciated. I can't make it this Sunday but will try and make the Anchor meet it's just down the road, what's the format? just a drink and a chat or is it a bite as well?

I'll get a photo up later when I can figure it out!

usual format for these meetings is an informal natter over a drink. in nice weather a bit of tyre kicking (not litrally) of each others car in the car park.

Thanks, I'm enjoying it. It's very different to the other roadsters I've had!

Me too, my ALFA is almost the same! it took quite a lot of tracking down! I found there is a lot of choice around in Silver and Black but not much else!
