Hi guys,
finally find my way into the club forum. Ive probably seen or met some of you guys on the Porsche Owners Club, or then again drooled and dribbled on some of your cars at some of the shows and meeting.

I love and own a 1992 Porsche 964 in Grand Prix white and toodle around the North West when I get an opportunity to drive her. She may be getting old now, and hopefully you guys and the forum may be able to help me along the way for a happy ownership.

See you soon.

Norm

WOW, just come back from working lates, put the kettle on and come and roam on the forum, finding such a nice welcoming!

I dont want to put a damper on things, but its a nicer welcoming than the Porsche owners club GB

Yes, the white is definately a faster colour than the rest  Whilst looking for a 964, my 1st colour was Silver or black, but having seen white, I loved it. Especially when the car is clean, but one of the worst colours to get dirty easy. Well easier to maintain than nightmare...sorry I mean midnite blue, a colour I used to have on my Boxster.

Unfortunately, though time my 964 was a nice innocent standard car, until a full revamp with a lot of effort and money spent on her. I refuse to pay silly prices on a genuine 964RS now, so I guess the next best thing is to recreate mine.

I know its not to everyones taste, anyway here she is, so please be kind :?

Car looks fantastic, have no problem with non standard cars (just look at mine  ) it's all about the thrill and passion when driving your own Porsche. Love those wheels :D

Thanks guys, the wheels were a big effort painting them, and keeping them clean especially when I have an OCD with cleaning cars :)

Yes, the car has just come back from the Nurburgring, and boy was it fun! Another side im learning about owning an old sports car is to drive it. Since my trek in Europe, shes been sitting in the garage negected.

I would definately love to come to the TIPEC 2011 and get to know you guys and talk Porsches! Ive grown up with the Marque due to a fortunate uncle who had these cars when they were near new.

I dont know if its a natural progression, but I must admit I did start at the bottom line with VWs mainly watercooled and then the odd Porsche Aircooled.

Now I have the Porsche bug! and I hope to share this with you gals and guys.
