Wanted to say hello. Newbie to the club. Got my first Porsche a 911 SC Targa which needs a little fettling mechanically. Its done little over a thousand miles in the last ten years, but I've done a thousand since last summer
Drives great but a bit smokey on idle when warmed up.
Wondering if anyone can suggest an affordable engine guy for a top end rebuild? Im in Wales but no problem travelling for the right person.
Ive been trying Chris Denning sports cars who seems to be the go to Indie in South Wales but he is very busy.
Looking forward to many more Porsche miles.
