Hi All, I recently bought a black 1991 944 S2 which had been converted to a turbo 952 engine. It has done a lot of miles, but is in remarkably good condition. I have a fully kitted out garage, and I rarely take any of my cars to a commercial garage (I wouldn't trust the average mechanic to maintain a pushbike) so I will be maintaining it myself. I always think that the only way to truly know the quality of a car is to strip it and re- build it. This is my first Porsche (although I have driven a few 911s), so I hope it will be an interesting learning experience. My cars: a 1993 Toyota Soarer Turbo, 2005 Ford Mondeo and the 1991 944 S2. |

Hi Zed ... Welcome from a relative newbie myself ... and an S2 owner too albeit one without a roof! They're a great bunch of blokes here and a vast resource of knowledge too ... Cheers Greg |
