Hi I am Paul from Stoke - on - Trent, the proud new owner of a 944 s2, well I think I am (proud) not (paul, I know who I am) until I get it on the ramp and have a good look tomorrow, saw a bit around the inner os sill when I paid the man - but it looked better than most I viewed (Fingers crossed). Might have to go to the pub after though! Anyway Hello !!!!! (hope I put this in the right bit) if not SORRY !

Not too bad (I hope), Hole in inner sill behind where axle mounts, might be easier to remove outer sill (it has had repair work) and repair from inside! (DON'T FANCY DROPPING AXLE!). Inner front brake pad doing 'diddley squat' - Brand new pads 'jammed' into carrier - not cleaned and no grease (quality job by someone)! Water leak in boot - seems like seals inside the latch keep. Sunroof rattles a bit. Slow sluggish starter - checked power leads - all been cleaned before - get starter checked over. Quick 20 mile road test - that was why I bought it - Wouldn't swop it for anything - Biggest smile ever.

Thanks for that - work in a local garage and I can't remember the last time I saw a starter motor that actually looks like it is going to be a 5 mins job! Paul
