Hi all,

not an owner yet but on the edge of purchasing a 944 S2 Convertible.

Appears to be one or two in the area worth a look.

I'm sure I'll be on here looking for tips once bought.

Welcome to the forum... (and the club?) :) If you want to get involved with regional meets your nearest regions are either Cheshire and Staffs or Northwest.

Where about in South Manchester are you?.....I spent my formative years there.

Yes - I have also joined the club - so I have no choice but to buy a car now!

Cheadle Hulme to be precise - near Stockport.

back again - and now an owner of what I believe is a very nice S2 Cabriolet. Bought of a member on here so a final thank you to Giles for sorting the poor running before I picked it up.

Welcome to the Forum - Great colour combination, by the way. By the looks of the interior, it looks like you have a very late model? I have a mates black/linen cab in my garage, sharing with my S2 coupe...

its a 1991 - so fairly late. Interior in quite good condition for 147k miles.
