Hello all I have just joined the club after visiting the club stand at the NEC Classic Car Show in November & being impressed with the reception I got, got my welcome pack today so thought it was time to say hello!
Here's a breif history of my vehicle's:- Alway's had a second bike or car as a toy (bike's were a Honda VFR400 (NC24) then a Kawasaki ZX6 but gave the bike's up as a bad idea after bouncing off the side of some school mum who decided to pull out on me & spending a total of 3 weeks in hospital, 2 years physio etc. Then bought 2002 MX5 which was great fun wind in the hair motoring & took this on 2 tour's around Europe (all the normal place's St Tropez, Monaco, Lake Garda, Chaminox...) but got fed up of watching the darn thing rust away in front of my very eye's!! So here I am the proud owner of a 2003 Boxster. Had it 2 month's now & it put's a grin on my face every time I get in it
My local meet I think is the Central region at the Bulls Head Shenstone which is only 10 mins up the road so will be trying to get to that one in January
