Having posted a few times now thought that I should introduce myself and post a few pictures of my car.

My name is Steve Oakes and I live in Cheshire, UK. I have always been interested in cars and have owned a few classics over the years; an MGB Roadster, MG Midget, Triumph Spitfire, Triumph Toledo, Scimitar GTE and Scimitar SS1 Ti to name a few.

I have just purchased a 1985 928 S2 in Guards Red from a guy in Essex. Car is in pretty good condition and has 12 months MOT and an almost complete service history.

I suggest buying some shares in Shell

Yes not to everyone's taste; my Wife and Daughter included but IMHO it looks great.

Thanks for the welcome; I have posted a few question in the 928 section if you have some time to take a look and offer some advice.
