Hello to everyone, being semi-retired at 50 and bored, I decided to go back to my younger roots and rebuild bikes and cars. Having gone through a MGF, Triumph Spitfire and Suzuki GSX 750 (feel I may keep that one for the fun of it, it doesn't owe much), I bought a 928 in need of a bit of TLC, I am not sure if I can continue to post pics as more work is done but I will try.

See pics below, work done thus far -

Engine service and plugs and leads, clean and reset MAF (now all 8 running smoothly).
Fuse block cleaned, various relays replaced.
Window and seat switches taken apart and terminals polished (I love '80s cars, the switches come apart).
Re-connolised leather.
Re stuck door trims.
Repaired cracks in dash.
Blinging many internals (see clock and instrument pics), now carbon fibre and aluminium look, the joys of owning a vinyl cutter, even replaced worn out legends on window switches.

Now removing side rubbers and attending to bits of paint (it has had paint at some time before, I can see I will end up with full respray to colour match!)

Looks tidy. How did you repair the cracks in the dash out of interest?

I dremelled away the raised edges, filled with flexible coloured window seal, then sprayed with modelling airbrush the leather dye (perfect colour match). It's not perfect as 'tis smooth, not vinyl look, but better than cracks.
(If you're really lucky you can get colour match using laminate floor caulk, comes in many colours).
