Hi everyone, just joined and will hopefully be able to make it to the Boatyard inn for the NW regions meeting next month.
Always promised myself a Porsche before I was forty and made it with 3 months to spare!
Hopefully by the time I am fifty I can afford the one I really want!!

Welcome Aidy!

I too had the "before 40" aim and went for an AMG C Class Merc instead but soon swapped to the Porsche!

There's also the Cheshire/ Staffs meeting on the third Tuesday each month near Knutsford - a couple of members regularly attend the NW and C&S meetings... and the events organised.

There's a Cheshire/ Staffs run down the National Brewery Centre this Saturday meeting at The Whipping Stocks Pub near Knutsford at 10am if you're interested. Tour is about £7.95 per head IIRC. The Facebook link... https://www.facebook.com/groups/TIPEC.CS/

Enjoy!

Hi Blackadder, thank you for the invite to the brewery but I work for a Norwegian company and am away at the minute. Enjoy the trip, maybe free beer!

Hi. Welcome. The Boatyard meets are normally well attended and very friendly. Don't feel you have to attend in a Porsche, especially if the weather is grim. Keep an eye on the NW page of the main website, the North section of this forum and consider searching Facebook for our region's page. All sorts of nonsense coming up during the year.

Hi Farque, thank you for the welcome and I should see you at next months meeting as I am not due to be at work.
Weather depending I may attend in the wife's Golf, if she'll let me!

Please be aware that the date for the April Boatyard meet is the 13th NOT the 6th as originally stated on the North West section of the main website. Some complete berk got it wrong, ahem...
