As a long time Porsche enthusiast , I have only recently dipped my toe in the front engine water (cooled ) so to speak.

I started using the forum a few months ago after buying a 924S with 3.0 S2 engine for a local sprint event , and to do a few trackdays next year.

While looking for a suitable car , I also came across another project - and ended up acquiring that last month.

It is a 924 Turbo race car , which I intend to build along the lines of a GTR.

I have made contact with a couple of the 924 Turbo gurus on here , who have been extremely helpful ... and I think I will be picking their brains for some time to come.

I will start a thread following the build , and any comments or advice will be most welcome
