If any RO needs help doing this, let me know and I'll write a quick guide.
1. Point your browser at
http://maps.google.co.uk2. Click on “Get Directions” under the text entry box at the top of the screen.
3. Enter the address of the destination e.g. “The Windmill, Hull Road, Dunnington, YO19 5LP” in the “End Address” field and press the “Get Directions” button.
4. If multiple locations are found, click on the correct one on the left side of the screen.
5. Click on “Link to this page” above the map at the right side of the screen. This will show the URL you need to link to on your web page to show this map e.g.
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&hl=en ... e+Windmill)&mra=pe&mrcr=0&sll=53.939518,-1.00753&sspn=0.098621,0.228653&ie=UTF8&ll=53.955392,-0.975676&spn=0.049292,0.114326&z=13
6. Edit your regional web page to include the link.
