The Annual General Meeting will take place at the Coventry Transport Museum, Millennium Place, Hales Street, Coventry CV1 1JD The Museum has just reopened after a £9.5m redevelopment programme, there will be plenty of time after the meeting to have a good look around the museum Meet at 10:15 for a 10:30 start. We usually fly through the formalities then have a good chat about the Club and the Community. Drinks on arrival and lunch will be provided. Agenda 1. Welcome and apologies 2. Previous minutes 3. Chairmans Report 4. Finance Report 5. Determination of Subs 6. Election of Committee Members 7. Amendments to R&R 8. A.O.B Please confirm your attendance by adding your name to the thread by Friday 17th March 2017 *The AGM is for Club Members only |

Count me in! Graham I'm bringing my brother-in-law, obviously not to the meeting as it's members only, but any problems with him coming along for the ride and to see the museum? |
