The venue for the AGM will be The Heritage Motor Centre Gaydon J12 M40 Meet at 10:00 for an 10:30 start A two course lunch in the Cafe will follow the meeting, after lunch you are free to look around the museum. We usually fly through the formalities then have a good chat about the Club and the Community. Agenda 1. Welcome and apologies 2. Previous minutes 3. Chairmans Report 4. Finance Report 5.
