The venue for the AGM will be The Heritage Motor Centre Gaydon J12 M40

Meet at 10:45 for an 11:00 start

A two course lunch in the Cafe will follow the meeting, after lunch you are free to look around the museum. We usually fly through the formalities then have a good chat about the Club and the Community.

What time is kick off? This thread suggests 10 for 10.30.

I've just received an email saying 11, with a smaller invite only meeting at 10.

What's the definitive plan please.

We are meeting a couple of people at 10:00 whom are interested in becoming RO's. Unsure why that would confuse anyone, unless your not really confused and just curious :wink:

The AGM never starts on time anyway and you can't really get into the detail in open forum. :D
