I haven't got mine yet. I hope the postman gets here before I go to work.

Delivery on Wednesday 6th … not too bad. I’ll try and shave a few days off that for the next one!

Just got mine. Smashing article by Clive on his 928 S4 re-paint and other goodies. Puts mine to shame!

It certainly looks good, spent a bit of time looking at it at the Porsche and Polo event.

What will he write about next?

Arrived yesterday, but after I had gone to work. I had a quick look when I got back, but not a good read yet. Looks as good as ever though. I like the cover shot too! :thumbleft:

Got mine yesterday as well. Great read - nice article Clive. I also had a similar experience with my 944 but fortunately I realised while I was still at the pump. Quite happily standing there filling the car, had a quick glance at the quantity level then thought to myself 'Did that say diesel'? and sure enough yes it did. Call the insurance company, they sent out the rescue brigade, took it away and pumped it out. They put £15 worth of petrol in and of I went, smoking like a gooden.
All in all a grand total of £250.
£40 for the diesel.
£150 the collection and pumpout.
£60 for a full tank of Petrol.

Not the best day I have ever had.

Thanks Pigglet.

Easily done, I put petrol in the Jag (it's diesel) whilst in France, drove it for around 30 miles when the penny dropped :( . Jaguar assist got it back to the UK by relay & then I pumped it out & changed the filters. The majority of the unleaded went into the 944, the rest stayed in cans for washing car bits. Changed the diesel filter & away it went, doesn't seem to be any real issues!

Just to point out that Central Region events listing in this edition shows Classic Le Mans and Silverstone Classic as June events!

This is a typo - Both are July although the days shown are correct

Thanks for that Paul as Rachel and I will definetly be planning to attend the Silverstone classic. Great event last year.

Damn! There’s always something that slips through. My mistake, I think. Sorry everyone.
