Why does the board say "Not secure" in the area for the name of the website? Is it a worry to us?

My latest version of Firefox and lastest version of Chrome are also "not secure" (as no https)

You are probably using http://forums.tipec.net/

If you simply change to https://forums.tipec.net/ it will then be secure.
