Here's the plan:
If you would like to travel up as a group, I'm afraid it's an early start for me. I'll be leaving Reading myself, and stopping off at Cherwell Services on the M40 at 8.15 ish, for an 8.30 sharp departure to Gaydon. Yes, I know Cherwell has burnt down, but there's still some sort of services type activity going on. Join me and our former RO Nick there if you can face getting up!
Otherwise, just join us at Gaydon when you can. There will be catering on site (but bring a picnic if you prefer) and I plan to put up the gazebo for shelter in case of hot sun/pouring rain and as a base for our region. Hopefully we'll be over on the grassy area to the left as you come down the access road into the arena - you'll see what I mean if you've never been before. It's a prime site hence the need to establish a bridgehead early!
