TIPEC SCOTLAND MINUTES.

Stewart welcomed all to tonight’s meeting 24 bodies and 9 porkers in the car park, on a very chilly March winter evening. A warm welcome to Kevin Saunders a new member this evening and the proud owner of a 944s2 in cobalt blue.

Firstly this evening apologies from Stewart with reference to the SVVF book now not being sent to members from the Scottish region as there was a communication shortfall in getting the members list to the SVVF by the deadline which unfortunately we fell just short of. However if you wish to view contents from the year book then please visit www.svvf.org.uk

Up and coming for this month is the March winter meeting:
At Brunston Castle Golf Club, along with the meeting we will have a small treasure hunt for those who fancy a challenge. The driving range will be available for those wishing to brush on there driving.
(Exact meet details will be circulated by e-mail very soon by Stewart Gordon)

27th March at Rachel House Kinross. A few porker’s for that day will be required anyone who wishes to attend please contact Stewart Gordon ASAP. Many thanks to all who have donated money again to this worthwhile cause and those still wishing to donate money please contact Stewart, Alan or I.

The CCLASP charity event on the 8th of August will require a disclosure Scotland form and please contact Stewart Gordon ASAP for this form a sample will be sent out via e-mail in order to get the form filled in as it is a fairly complex form and does not allow for mistakes. We must have these filled in and sent back to CCLASP within the next 6 weeks without fail in order for them to be processed. Anyone having put there name down for this event please ensure this is done soon and anyone who has not put there name down and wishes to attend please contact Stewart ASAP. A very worthwhile cause folk’s so if you can spare that day then fantastic guy’s and dolls.
