The Panamera will be offically launched in Scotland on the 10th September at the OPC Glasgow.
Stewart Gordon and Scottish region have been invited to put on a display of classic Porsches spanning the whole model range on the day.

Attended the Scottish launch of the Panamera/opening of the new Porsche centre Glasow last night. Impressive new building and over 400 guests attended. Three new Panameras plus all sorts of Porsches. Scotland region supplied 14 classic Porsches for display. Nearly a dozen classic Porsches were put on show inside the building (my 928 GTS and Stewarts 944 S2 were the only watercooled cars). I've never seen so much free booze in my life. Pity we were driving. :(

The offical club was nowhere to be seen.

Just got back from OPC Tonbridge Red & white wine plus various cocktails, my reddy coloured one was nice, cranberry & something. Paul reckoned his one with mint in it was dire....

Interesting car looks better in the flesh than in pics & plenty of room. Paul could sit in front of me & both had plenty of space.

With the front seats all the way back there is very little room - even for a child.
I think it should have been designed with sliding rear seats so the some of the boot space could have been used for rear seat room when required.

At least 2 of the cars at Glasgow did. The S upstairs did not ....at least later on in the evening.

God you must be tall! Paul is 6 3 & I'm 5 9 & I had head room & leg room. He didn't need to run the seat all the way back. Quite impressed that it is a full 4 seater! Paul has 3 kids so that ruled it out, aside form the fact that neither of had the 90K plus to buy the Turbo

Definitely but I fell in love with the Carrera S in white with Turbo wheels & Paul loved the 911 C2S in Midnight blue with grey leather.

Hi :)

Bournemouth had the blue silver 4 piece set...

If you removed it, you could easily get 4x 11lb Nitrous bottles in and maybe 5 at a pinch :)

All the best Brett :)
