Does any member wish to display their car at this event on SATURDAY? Please send basic details (model/REG?contact details) so we have an idea of numbers. I'll put up a plain black Gazebo (like club one but no logos) so if it rains we will have shelter but bring chairs if you have them. So far we have: 1986 944 LUX 1998 944 Turbo S 1995 928 GTS Stephen More Information Preston Hall Fire Engine & Vintage and Vehicle Rally. Historic Fire Engines & classic vehicles, craft stalls, entertainment in the arena & a full range of refreshments. Fire engines (and firemen), from the earliest times right through to the present day fill the show field, side by side with classic cars, vans, motorcycles and bicycles from the entire history of motoring, including vehicles you will have seen on "Heartbeat, The Royal and other television and Cinema productions and a range of ex military motors. Memorabilia and toy collections line up with a giant Scalextric set, whilst a world-class motorcycle stunt display team (Broke FMX) charge around the main arena, looping the loop as they fly through the air. Further details at: Website: http://www.stockton.gov.uk Preston Park Yarm Road Stockton-on-Tees Tees Valley TS18 3RH |

But many will be like me and have to wait till the last minute, before they know if they can attend or wait to see what the weather is like. Its never too late to post. You should have posted as soon as you decided not to go. Think about it, next time you post that you are attending an event. how many will remember that you did not turn up at this one and say well he never showed at that one will he at this! If I say I am going to attend an event then unless its a national emergency I would go go. I might be one my own but I would be there |
