There will be various stops on route for those wishing to stop and Stewart Gordon will inform us of those stops in due course. I have a list of all those wishing Gaydon passes for the show on the Sunday, anyone who has not got passes and wishes passes contact me ASAP as I will be ordering them this weekend (9th may) Check in to the Hotel is between 3pm and 11pm and you will be required to pay the £78 upon check in. I must add that anyone cancelling there accommodation any later than the 15th of May (2 weeks prior) will be subject to the full cost of £78 to myself, however anyone cancelling prior to the 15th will not be subject to any payment. Anyone still wishing to go contact myself ASAP as time is getting short guys and dolls.

Next was the Concourse being discussed and this year will take a slightly different format in that a new trophy sponsored by Brian Miller Motors, Edinburgh in Memory of Steph Steveson a devoted member who sadly passed away earlier this year. The new trophy will be a CLASS A type concourse (formal) and entrants will be passed winners and the street concourse will be a less formal and will consist of 1st, 2nd and 3rd again sponsored by Brian Miller Motors, Edinburgh .Also will be the best improved car as per normal and the best in show trophy (voted by the public). In addition will be member of the year. So 7 trophies up for grabs folks and we are trying to encourage all members to enter regardless of how often you attend to club. The concourse will be held at the Selkirk show on September 20th. A well attended show folks and a nice venue also.

The diary of events will be altered slightly to accommodate the Boness hill climb event which will be on the 13th of September and also Culzean Castle event in August is defiantly cancelled. I will be updating the Diary of events and will post the update soon.
