:D would like to thankyou for turning up today for the detail demo meet yet again good turnout and some fine examples displayed.
for those wondering if we got the 944 turbo going, yes we did have learned never listen to AA (smack me now) the owner told me it had a spark so we checked for fuel well we had that too, some kind gentlemen let him borrow dme to check that to no avail but after sticking my own test on ht leads wasn't convinced the spark was strong enough, took the dissy cap off to find rotor arm doing nothing as screw had dropped out. refitted cleaned plugs and hey presto away he went and all for the measley sum of nowt........ bargain.....

good day all in all

THANKYOU

Yes,it was a good turnout and lots of nice cars,Porsche,Lotus,Ferrari,TVR and Deans Caterham (which we had to push start)! I think the word has spread beyond Yorkshire now about those fantastic bacon butties! :bounce: I had to rush off and find a cashpoint as the Missus was waiting to be taken out to lunch and I had just spent the money having a dent removed by the Direct Dents man! :hiding: Glad you could get the turbo going! See you again soon.Cheers! :)
