Stewart did mention light weight gazebos were being sourced by head office in order that they can go in a 911 etc so look forward to that. Also club clothing was being re thought and possible individual purchases would be possible for members rather that a bulk order having to be placed. Will keep you informed about that.

Stewart went on to say that a £3 fund per member to each region will be a new standard from TIPEC head office and this money will be used for club outings etc, basically it will be at the region’s discretion how it will be spend we suggested disposable BBQ’s ,catering materials bits and bobs etc . N. Fraser to look into a Scottish Region Bank A/C to keep this money.

Please remember your suggestion forms for the forth coming season 2009 an exercise we did carry out for the first time last winter and it proved to be a very positive approach and a way forward for the region so get them filled in and handed back. We will require them no later that the February meet in order to plan ahead, so thinking caps on. Anyone wishing a form please contact Stewart direct or e-mail.
REMEMBER IT IS YOUR CLUB!!!

James McLaughlin thanked Stewart Gordon for all is hard work this season with the region and a well deserved mention. Stewart has worked hard this season yet again and another very successful season has passed us and we look forward to the 2009 season with Stewart along with Alan Neilson and moi (Neil Fraser) if the region permits of course lol! Up and coming elections in the New Year for RO and the ARO’s are soon coming.

A merry Christmas to all and a happy new year also from Stewart, Alan and Neil and the January meeting will take place on THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH THE 7TH OF JANUARY SAME PLACE SAME TIME.
