TIPEC - North West 'Ideas for 2014'.............?

Post subject:  TIPEC - North West 'Ideas for 2014'.............?
I am quite sure that after Christmas we will want to blow away a few calories :santa: .... (Need For Speed).

Although Richard has already mentioned a few ideas, if there are any other suggestions to try and make 2014 even better then this year then please feel free to let us know...... These will be greatly appreciated :thumbright:

I have penciled in a Scottish trip (dates to be confirmed - end of April / beginning of May) this will involve a few nights away, great driving roads, exceptional company (including me - of course Ha Ha) and scrummy pub grub - obviously low calories urm.... :hello1:

I would now like to take the opportunity to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy 'Safe Driving' New Year.

Confirmed dates for our Scottish trip are Thursday 24th April through to Sunday 27th.

This is the same weekend that we start our week long tour of Scotland- if you see a group of another 10 Porsches and an odd McLaren- do wave :hello2:

The last time that I saw your group was at the 'Wensleydale Cheese Factory' Hawes and that was a great sight...... A fantastic selection of Porsches and a McLaren :D

When we have decided on the itinerary, we may meet up...?

Oh bug**r Kath's back at school then, they have got the two weeks previous for some reason. May have to come on my lonesome! Check out Huntingdon House Hotel, Dumfries, proprietor's Terry & Lynn great little hotel, loads of Porsche friendly off road parking, great breakfast spotless well equipped rooms and a great price, will do special deal for group bookings.

There is Simply Porsche @ Beaulieu 22nd June which would make a good reason to visit the New Forest for the weekend. :)

Hi Simon,not sure i can make it but will let you know. Stayed at Huntingdon House Hotel last week and mentioned a Porsche group run. Terry was well up for it, he can give you some great off the beaten track roads that he uses as he is a big motorbike man. If you speek to him just mention me and Porsche club and he will look after you. It realy is a nice place to stay and just a 5 minute walk into town centre. Some good restaurants and pubs within 5/10 minutes walk.
