Hi, keep an eye on our North West regional page or you can call me on Saturday for the time and place that we are all meeting. You will be most welcome, Simon 07801 336570 Sunday November 3rd: Drive out to White Scar Caves, followed by lunch at the Wensleydale Cheese Factory in Hawes. Your chance to put on a hard hat and go underground, then potter across the Yorkshire Dales, then have some lunch and then maybe explore the Buttertubs Pass, Tan-Hill Inn and some other interesting roads. We'll meet at a top secret muster point in the Ribble Valley. Further details to follow. |

Web site has been updated. Meet at McDonalds on the A59 outside of Clitheroe (BB7 9WF) with a view to leaving at around 9:15am. Another wonderfully ill-conceived TIPEC NW run-out. An original idea from the Events Commitee, not just jumping on the band-wagon of some classic car show in a muddy field. Oh no, we give you the opportunity to bang your head on a rock, to take a picture of your car with the originality of the Ribblehead Viaduct as the backgroung, ample chance to talk in your best Wallace and Gromit voice in a cheese factory. All this and more (hopefully) on Sunday. |

Well its a small old world isn't it ![]() Great to bump into you guys at the coffee shop and catch up with some of you. Doug, I see you made the Herriot water ford, Tanya had been asking all weekend if we were going via that route... ![]() Great roads for us today but suffered a few injuries on the Buttertub pass with a large drop after a cattle grid- if you saw a fair bit of Porsche carbon on the pass, now you know why ![]() |

Yep, have to agree a great day out in the company of like minded people with a love of all things Porsche and cheese. Great pictures Doug looks like Richards piloting his very own boat. Glad to hear you made it home before your battery gave up altogether. I guess driving home in the dark with lights on finished it off. |
