Post subject:  North West Region - Super Speedy Day at Oulton Park ...!!!
Although the weather was not the best we had a great turnout including a few new faces.
Members wanting 'free face lifts' got them :pale: by requesting passenger rides by very experienced race car drivers.
Ciro kindly took a few of us on one his short cuts across muddy, boggy fields while the rest sat drinking coffee keeping warm and dry!
Overall it was a fantastic day and some members new to track days had a great experience.
Unfortunately now, some of us will have the need for speed! :angel9:

Good day out, and a good TIPEC turn-out. Funny, you didn't mention the 'spillage' incident Simon!...

Marc, I really could not afford this 964 RS cup car owned by Melvin Spear.... but that orange 964 carrera track car is still for sale in Knaresborough......?

It looks superb so therefore expensive. I think you be in trouble if you'd brought that home.

I heard Knaresborough is very nice at this time of year.... :D

Marc - assume that you've heard / spotted that our meeting venue has changed?

I do have one o' them insulated mugs, and very good it is too. Annoyingly it fell off the garden wall this morning and is a little more scratched than it was. D'oh!
