It was a warm welcome to Sean Smallman (TIPEC Chairman) who just in the passing and dropped in to pay the Scottish Region a visit and have a chin wag with some of the crew.

Next month I will circulate via email and at the meeting suggestion forms for the coming season of 2013 and RO and ARO voting forms etc.
