hi folks

as this region has fallen into a bit of abayence I will be doing the RO job for the foreseeable future.

You can Pm me through the board or ring me on 07783103327

please let me know where and when you would like to meet etc etc. For now we will keep the sunday meet as describes above but we can also think about a place for the tipec meets if everyone is in agreement

Gordon

May we have some clarity, please. I was under the impression that TIPEC and PCGB up here met at Bentley's on a Sunday. Has this changed again?

Cheers.

Venue is now confirmed as the Dovecote at Swinderby off the A46.this is my understanding of where the meets have been, i am happy to continue there for now, however it doesnt have to be there and it doesnt have to be sundays I am open to suggestions!!!!!!!!

how does that sound for starters?

Gordon

Sundays would suit me fine. It's just over an hour's drive from here, so an evening meeting would be less convenient.

Cheers

ps

PCGB are having a barbeque and informal concours on august 8th from 11.30 onwards at Millthorpe (NG34 0LD)

It is £6 with £3 going to the Lincolnshire Air Ambulance.

Please let me know if interested in coming as need to get food for BBQ.

Bring your own alchohol - though only for passengers.

i think we will stick to the tipec meets at the dovecote, also I would like to propse that the tipec meets are on the first sunday of the month, that way both clubs remain acessible to everyone and we can come together for specifics.

thoughts anyone?

so we have agreed that the tipec meet is at the dovecote then!
the few things that i have seen on the tipec and pcgb sites is that on both the lincs region seems very devoid of people wanting to do very much, we have one of the best tracks in the uk near louth, so track events could be a nice starting place to get to meet and have a bit of fun as well,
also it would be nice to actually know how many people do turn up to these meets on the first sun?

Good luck with segregating the dates, shame you couldn't combine as at the moment people hardly come to a monthly meeting so members of both clubs will now be forced to choose which one to go to (first or second sunday).

After all its about the cars and peoples interest in them not the actual club they are members of.......

its just a meet, as for forced....... !!! it gives people 2 opportunities and maybe that will up the ettedances if people have a choice they might even go to both with it being about the cars and I think this happens in most regions withoutb a problem, as i said we can get together for special things if we can sit and talk about it????
