Unfortunatly it was not possible to book our normal haunt
at the Duncow in Rugby this year for our accomodation as there were
not enough rooms there left and the rooms which were there were only
doubles left. However if have managed to book an innkeepers lodge at
Sheldon, nr Birmingham which is approx 30 miles from Gaydon. This is
approx a 30-40 minute drive on the sunday to the show.
The Accomodation itself is approx 5 miles from the city
centre and it has the usual Toby carvery plus menu. The rate is very
good for our group booking it will cost in TOTAL £78 for 3 nights bed
and continental breakfast, that is only £39 per room per night inc.
continental breakfast. The first night is on friday the 29th of may,
2nd night the 30th of may and the sunday night comes FREE as it is a
3 for 2 offer.Some may choose to go home after the sunday show and
that is up to each individual. A good rate i think folks thats only
£39 per person (2 sharing) for the entire weekend.
I have got 16 rooms booked at present 9 twins and 7 doubles,
so please e-mail or call me with your room requirements asap so i can
plan ahead. I have 2 weeks prior to the 29th of may to amend rooms
etc depending on availability etc so please contact me asap with your
intensions.
