i personally would go 215\45 up front, but its personal choice... when you say sticky, do you mean track sticky, or just good road.... if the first, then i'd go for R888's like i have, but rain makes them interesting, i'll be trying the R1R when these scrub out. As for road - the 3.2 now has GYear Eagle GSD 3's, seems pretty good from reports. |

If you want sticky then Toyo or Goodyear Eagles. Not cheap & limited life. I just got Avon ZZ3 & they are sticky. Better than my Conti sport conatacts when they were good. New Falkens good too & sold out until March! Even sticky tyres will let go. The important thing is that they talk to you & let you know when your on the limit! My old Contis' were drift Kings. Last thing you want is to snap into oversteer without warning. I never fit cheap tyres on a sports car now. Last time I did I had to reshell it. Lucky to be alive really ![]() ![]() Bxxxxxds You could alway swap for a Porsche with perfect weight ditribution ![]() |

Toyo Proxes are very sticky at a good price try http://www.camskill.co.uk Avoid Avons and Pirelli P6000's at all costs - recognised as "unsticky" as they come. Rich |

Different car but I have them on the 68, no complaints whatsoever in the corners but can tramline a bit on worn road surfaces |

After much research and talking to a few specialist tyre guys i am going for Toyo Proxes T1R's - seperate recommendations both for these beasts. Plus although they may be subject to slightly less life time, the price is so much better that £ per mile they still add up. |

Agree with your comments on the Conti's had them on a Celica, lease company spec'd them. It was raining when I had them put on, the car felt a lot worse than the wore out Michellins they replaced. Took it straight back and had them swopped. |
