Hi,

Can anybody confirm what model/make of alloys these are, I have a set of 4 at work which have been stored there for quite a while, will there be a serial number on them anywhere? These are 16”.

Regards
Chris.

Hiya,
That's a Teledial wheel from the late 1980's and early 1990's I think.

My guess is as a 16 inch wheel it's probably off a 928, as I think the 924/944 were 15 inch then.

They are often on Ebay for silly amounts of money, so might be worth getting them cleaned up.

Hi mate,

Thankyou so much for the information, very helpful. I will have a look around, never knew they would possibly be worth anything, Thanks again.

Regards
Chris.

What are your plans for this old wheel? Are you planning to restore it or just replace it?

If you clean off the back there will be some dimension on it plus an ET or offset figure. There were 944s with 16" teledials. The ET figure should date it.
