Hi,
Since using Ooma my alarm system will not ck in with the monitoring service. I verified that Dial Tone is looping through the alarm panel. I spoke with the company and they said VOIP is an issue with their panels. Verizon & Time Warner seem to work but AT&T is no and he never heard of Ooma. What about Fax Calls! I have not tried this but if they work then I would think the alarm panels should play. Thoughts!Wireless interface $150 & 6Mo is not what I want to hear.
Please help.
