So I head to Vue for tonights showing of Senna (which is a great documentary by the way)...

Any I park up, put the handbrake on, try to shut the roof. No dice.

Hmm? Handbrake light not on on the dash :?:

Manage to unclip the handbrake panel, feel around underneath handbrake, find switchy thing to get light on & shut hood.

Sit down watch Movie, Eat Popcorn. Back to car.

Handbrake light not on again. Leave hood up & come home thinking I need a solution here. Anyone had similar, is this likely to be loose connection or FUBAR switch?

Cheers,

Matt

I've been tinkering in the Sun.

Removed the cover to the left of the handbrake. Could see where the wires go into the switch / sensor. Pushed the wires in and Bob's your uncle.

Loose connection.

Just going out to enjoy the sun.

All the best,

Matt B
