955 Cayenne rear door will not open

Hi All,

Although searching elsewhere I thought I'd see if anyone has any ideas.

The rear O/S door will not open from inside nor out. I have loosened the door trim to see if I can get to the mechanism but no success. I've tried squirting WD40 stuff into every nook and cranny that I can but no. I've removed the small-cap to the left of the outer handle - it has 4 holes so I tried the known VW coat hanger method. I've read on a Tourag forum to try pulling both inner and outer handles together - I will try that tomorrow.

Has anyone experienced this and solved it?
