hi,have any of you had problems with your convertable top? i closed my roof as normal and left the car overnight when i attempted to open the roof a couple of days later it would not work,i pulled the lever and the windows moved to there normal position but nothing else happened i pressed the switch to operate the roof still nothing and the light did not come on on the dash i checked all the related fuses and they were all ok .
i was told by a local specialist that sometimes the system can get confused and my need reseting!!! and he suggested i book the car in so he could put a test on it and advise me of his findings,in the meantime i had purchased a service manual cd from e-bay,one section covered what happened when you disconect your battery you have to rest everything mine being tiptronic meant throttle pedal,gear box and other components done this as listed and done test drive car was fine and the roof worked
any comments?
