That's a long product name but absolutely delighted with my purchase :D

Its 2008 with 71500 miles, in Jet Black with Sand Beige interior and the all important PASM.

I'm a GRRC member and I'm booked into their Goodwood track day this Friday, so will be interesting to test PASM on and off. Also to see how I get on with the Tip gearbox

I've owned over 120 cars in my lifetime and driven countless others, many of them so-called 'sports cars', and I can honestly say I've been missing out. I never fully bought-in to the hype about these cars until now. Full marks to the chassis designer, the car rides and handles beautifully. I can see me using every one of my 6000 miles per annum (insurance limit).

Look forward to meeting some of you at the Silverstone Festival, or maybe before...

Will try adding photos later...

Regards,
Colin

Good morning Colin,

Congratulations on your new purchase.

I have a Porsche 968 Tiptronic which will be nothing like as powerful as your acquisition (240bhp) but is non the less still a very good car. I have had it for 9 years and I remain very pleased with it. More importantly Denise thinks it is great as well.

My elder son had a Cayman 3.4S which was like a road rocket but eventually sadly succumbed to the "bore score" problem. Our younger son in the USA bought a new 911 T 18 months ago and that is pretty fierce too.

Have fun.

David Large
