My engine light has come on again,(check engine, take to workshop) after having a new oxygen sensor fitted at Cridfords under my warranty just over a month ago. Apparently they are very sensitive? The two times it's come on the engine has been cold and I've been going slow. Is it possible that my stainless steel after market exhaust would effect this? I don't fancy driving the 3 hr + round trip to Cridfords just to reset the warning light. Can anyone recommend a good local garage in Medway kent area that can have a look.? Many thanks Steve

OPC Tonbridge would be my choice

I always assumed that they would be expensive? but from past experience of main dealers sometimes they can solve the problems quicker than independent garages.

No issues with Tonbridge they look after both my cars, good discounts and sensible conversations. :)

Porsche Tonbridge came and picked the cayman up and turns out the after market exhaust is causing the engine light to come on at times mainly when the engine is cold. Porsche advise is to get a new exhaust. Unofficial advise is to buy a code reader and turn it off myself so this is what I have done until I decide what todo in the long term. Great service and I had the car delivered back the next day cleaned inside and out + the light turned off. All for £70.00. Amazing professional service

Steve, I have a code reader & bring it along to meetings so could have read it. As the guys have said we get treated well by OPC Tonbridge & they have a good team there.
