Fuse box plan for 987 Boxster 2011

Post by nickst4 »

Does anyone have the above info? There seems to be nothing in the owner's manual, and the lid of my fuse box only has its part number on the inside. I'm looking to check the fuse for the rear window demist, which doesn't appear to work. So far, I think the fuse is one of the big ones in the bottom row...

Cheers,

Nick

Hi stratfordshark,

Many thanks for that. Now I must work out how to get a paper copy. Shouldn't be too difficult!

My pleasure Nick. You should be able to download the image, if not I can PM you the file but I just found it online. I'm surprised that same diagram is not in the owner's manual though, or under the panel cover? I'm used to the older Porsches where they took pains to provide that info!

Cheers

Hi Adrian,

OK, the Missus managed to generate a paper version of the plan and I checked the relevant fuse and it was fine. That suggests I was wrong in thinking the demister wasn't working, or the connection to it via the folding hood is poor or broken. Not really a big deal, and it's good to have got the fuse plan.

Cheers,

Nick
